Job Title: Senior Dyeing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our dyeing operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in textile chemistry, color matching, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and GMP guidelines.

This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dyeing Operations Management:
    • Develop and implement effective dyeing processes to achieve desired color shades and minimize waste.
    • Maintain accurate records of dye recipes, batch numbers, and product specifications.
    • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of dyeing operations.
  • Color Matching and Quality Control:
    • Conduct thorough color matches using spectrophotometers and other tools.
    • Analyze and troubleshoot color discrepancies to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Work closely with QA teams to resolve any color-related issues.
  • Team Leadership and Training:
    • Lead and mentor a team of colorists, dye technicians, and lab assistants.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team members' knowledge and skills.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage open communication within the team.
  • Innovation and Efficiency:
    • Evaluate new dyestuffs, auxiliaries, and process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative solutions for complex color challenges.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Chemistry, Color Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in dyeing operations management, color matching, and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of textile chemistry, color theory, and ISO 9001:2015 and GMP guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
