Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and automating cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and monitoring cloud environments to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools.

• Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.

• Manage and configure Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Environments.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Set up and maintain build/release pipelines, including blue-green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies.

• Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).

• Ensure security best practices including identity and access management, secrets management, and network policies.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and provide support for production environments.

• Maintain documentation of DevOps processes, tools, and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on Azure.

• Hands-on experience with: o Infrastructure as Code: ARM, Bicep, or Terraform o CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git) o Monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights o Containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS)

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance in Azure.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
