Client Relationship Manager

As a key business partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This includes managing high-priority clients, providing regular updates on account health and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- You will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions or issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Leadership to ensure alignment on key client needs and expectations.
- You will collect client feedback, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, interviews, and check-ins, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Provide client insights, prepare reports, and assist with strategic planning for client success.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector or call center.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
