As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling all client inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and complaints via phone, email and chat
  • Elevate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues
  • Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
