As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for receiving and processing product orders from customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will also generate sales by answering customer queries about products in a timely and accurate manner.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product orders from customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Generate sales by answering customer queries about products, using product knowledge in a timely and accurate way.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer complaints regarding orders that were damaged or faulty.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Intermediate, Graduation or Diploma in related field.
  • Experience: Fresh or up to 1 Year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Working Conditions

  • Rotational shifts on weekly basis: Day shift from office and Night shift will be work from home.
