Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct an end-line study of our 3-year project aimed at reducing early marriages and enhancing gender equality in Punjab. The successful candidate will lead the research effort, designing the methodology, collecting data, and analyzing the findings to assess the project's impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a robust research methodology to collect data on the project's outcomes and impact.
  • Conduct fieldwork, including interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions, to gather information from project stakeholders and beneficiaries.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop a comprehensive report detailing the project's achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sociology, anthropology, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting research studies, preferably in the area of gender equality and women's rights.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or R.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
