Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall front office activities, ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative services, and providing excellent support to our staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the front office, including mail, supplies, and other related services.
- Coordinating office moves and supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment.
- Supervising and coordinating overall administrative activities, including staff supervision and negotiation skills.
- Ensuring the layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities meet our standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in office management and administration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage staff effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
