Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an administration manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration, including policy implementation, staff supervision, and operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective office operations
- Leading and supervising support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensuring the maintenance of a clean and organized office space
- Coordinating with stakeholders to arrange logistics, inventory management, and asset protection
- Developing and implementing safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a senior role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
