Truck Dispatching Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Agent to join our team in the truck dispatching division. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and freight brokers, and secure load assignments for our fleet.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to explore new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue leads to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads for carriers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, fleet owners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- 1+ years of experience in tele sales, truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics sales (desired).
- Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus.
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven objectives.
- Basic understanding of FMCSA regulations and logistics terminology.
Monday-Friday, Weekends off 05:00pm to 02:00am
