As a pharmaceutical sales professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting health products to healthcare professionals and organizations within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make professional presentations to targeted doctors to generate business and increase prescriptions for our health products.
  • Ensure adequate knowledge of our health products and their competition to establish the net gains to customers/users.
  • Update doctors/chemists contact records list as needed and maintain all call records through our management information system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow them to improve coverage of A, B & C class customers.
  • Submit call reports through our application as scheduled.
  • Keep track of competitive activities and provide feedback to your district field manager for onward communication to marketing.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company by calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel within your assigned territory.
  • Makes professional presentations using selling skills to listed doctors on the approved indications of our health products.
  • Submits reports regarding calls made to doctors and chemists to your district field manager through our application.
  • Follower approved tour program and makes planned calls accordingly.
  • Adopt ethical practices while promoting our health products to customers.
  • Arrange product group meetings with doctors to discuss one or two products in detail.
  • Collect and report information on promotional and marketing moves of the competition.
  • Provide periodic feedback to your manager and the marketing group on these promotional activities.
  • Ensure stock availability of major promotable products at retail level in your territory.
  • Follow plans to achieve assigned objectives for increased prescription flow from identified doctors.
  • Forward technical queries raised by your doctors to the medical division for clarification.
  • Ensure proper dressing, attire, and maintenance of records/detailed kit and vehicle provided.
  • Submit expenses and leave plans as per deadlines.

Qualification: Science graduate, preferably Pharm D

Work Experience: Min 2 Years, max up to 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
