The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner, aligned with specifications and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include improving operational maintenance systems, processes, and best practices to guarantee organizational well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce daily/weekly and monthly schedules among the maintenance team.
  • Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Good IT skills and interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers, Auto Cad Software, manufacturing software, generators, CNC, systems & controls, and machine troubleshooting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; a strong team player and leader who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills.
