Business Unit Head/Social Media Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities: Oversee and develop comprehensive marketing communications plans and strategies, driving market research for product development. Prepare Service Delivery matrices and coordinate event management. Collaborate with development teams on website development.

Key Skills: Leverage experience in Project Management across B2B, E-commerce, web applications, interactive marketing, CMS, and other areas. Apply expertise as a Business Analyst to define data, processes, business rules, user interface, and service requirements for application development, UAT, and Business Architecture.

Inside Sales & Business Development: Define inside sales processes and identify sales cycle benchmarks. Develop sales promotion campaigns and collateral. Engage with potential clients about offered services. Prepare and deliver contracts/agreements to clients.

Client Engagements: Create service delivery schedules. Coordinate with implementation teams and clients. Facilitate schedule revisions and ensure continuity of the implementation roster. Follow up with clients for overdue payments.

Required Expertise:

  • Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with pleasant mannerism, approachability, and composure under pressure.
  • Draft formal business letters, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and reports.
  • Possess excellent Sales and Marketing skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills, with attention to detail.
  • Show self-motivation, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Present online remote demonstrations to US-based clients.
  • Manage outbound sales campaigns and teams of outbound sales executives.
  • Exhibit intermediate level knowledge of web designing in HTML and Database Concepts.
  • Show general functional knowledge in the following areas: Customer Relationship Management, Content Management/Writing for Websites.
  • Display technical aptitude and willingness to learn about the latest trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent internet search skills.

Specialties: Experience in SEO, Adwords (SEM), Social Media, Google Analytics, Data Analysis (SQL), Web Development (WordPress, Magento), Basic understanding of PHP and IPR/Legal issues and mitigating risks for large-scale online community.
