We are representing a leading digital bank looking to appoint an experienced and visionary EVP – Digital Channels to lead the evolution of its digital touchpoints across mobile, web, and other customer interfaces. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming digital banking experiences through intuitive design, modern technology, and seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital channels strategy across mobile apps, web platforms, and emerging digital touchpoints.
  • Drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Lead a large cross-functional team comprising software engineers, QA, UX/UI designers, and Scrum teams in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure digital offerings are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Champion digital innovation, integrating new technologies and customer journey enhancements that improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure high standards of security, performance, scalability, and compliance across all digital channels.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize digital channel performance and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 12+ years of experience in building and scaling digital platforms in the banking or technology sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing banking apps and websites with strong adoption and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Deep understanding of digital customer journey mapping, UX principles, and omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Technically savvy – able to engage in discussions with architects, developers, and digital product owners.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies; hands-on experience leading agile teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and an eye for detail.
  • Experience working with high-performing agile squads, integrating DevOps, design thinking, and product innovation.
