Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of skilled software engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Your primary goal is to ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Be actively involved in hands-on coding with a strong understanding of core development practices.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead role.
  • Hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel is a plus).
  • Strong command of the MERN stack.
  • Solid experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
