About the Role

We're seeking a talented and goal-oriented Senior Level Upwork & Fiverr Bidder with strong expertise in identifying, qualifying, and securing freelance and agency-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of bidding strategies across a wide range of IT services, including Odoo ERP Functional & Technical Projects, Full-Stack Web Development, SEO, Social Media Management, e-Commerce Shopify or WooCommerce, and Custom Software Development projects.

You will be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals, engaging with potential clients, and managing the initial communication phases to convert opportunities into successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential job postings on Upwork and Fiverr platforms
  • Write customized, compelling bids tailored to project requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date profiles and gig listings optimized for visibility and relevance
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to qualify leads and arrange meetings with technical teams
  • Track and report bid conversions, client feedback, and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to refine proposals and pricing strategies
  • Maintain an active presence and responsiveness during UK and USA working hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven success in bidding on Upwork and Fiverr for IT-based projects
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Functional and Technical), including configuration and implementation workflows
  • Familiarity with modern Web Development technologies (e.g., React, Django, Laravel, Node.js, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing bidding terminologies and project scopes
  • Ability to articulate software development requirements across multiple stacks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to personalize each bid effectively
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and objection resolution skills
  • Experience using CRM or project management tools is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Must be comfortable working during UK (GMT) and USA (EST/PST) business hours
  • Flexible hours are available, but real-time responsiveness is critical during client peak times. Directly reported to Business Development Manager.
