We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in logistics or supply chain management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing the layout of the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization, and developing operational policies and procedures.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Warehouse Layout: Design and implement an efficient warehouse layout, ensuring maximum space utilization.
  2. Operational Policies: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management: A bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is essential for this role.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
