Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth and operations of our digital healthcare verticals.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the healthcare vertical, ensuring seamless operations and scalable services.
  • Oversee online doctor consultations, medicine delivery, lab test bookings, and surgery bookings to enhance patient experience.
  • Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to expand services.
  • Collaborate with AI and data teams to develop AI-driven healthcare recommendations for personalized treatment plans.
  • Lead and grow the digital insurance segment, integrating health and life insurance solutions into the platform.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and optimize claims processing for a seamless experience.
  • Optimize end-to-end operational efficiency for healthcare and insurance services.
  • Ensure smooth integration between healthcare, insurance, logistics, and payment systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital healthcare, telemedicine, InsurTech, or health insurance services.
  • Proven experience in scaling healthcare and insurance products in a digital ecosystem.
