The Digital Learning Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Learning Strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge digital learning technologies to enhance the learning experience for students and faculty.
  1. Digital Learning Development & Implementation
  • Oversee the design and development of interactive and engaging digital courses, e-learning content, and modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform traditional course content into innovative digital learning experiences.
  1. Technology & Platform Management
  • Manage, administer, and optimize the digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experience and high-performance outcomes.
  1. Training & Faculty Development
  • Develop and deliver training programs for faculty and staff on best practices in online and blended learning.
  • Provide ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
  1. Assessment & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives, including student engagement, learning outcomes, and faculty adoption rates.
  • Analyze learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.

This role requires a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, project management, and leadership skills to drive digital transformation in education.

A Master's degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in the related field, with a preference for individuals with experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
