Job Description:

  • Organize and manage the board of directors and general meetings.
  • Ensure timely issuance of notices, agendas, and minutes of the meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain statutory records and registers as per regulatory authorities' requirements.
  2. Facilitate effective communication between the board of directors and management.
  3. Comply with CCG Rules, State Owned Enterprises, Companies Act 2017, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  4. Correspond with Ministries to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Manage compliance reporting and risk mitigation strategies.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  4. Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
  5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission.
  6. A 5-year age relaxation is included in the above age limit.
  7. The selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  9. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
  10. Females, Minority, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
