
Sales Growth Strategist

This role is centered around developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth from existing accounts while creating new ones. The position reports directly to the GM Sales & Subsidiaries and is responsible for aligning sales targets with the overall plan of KalSoft.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's overall sales targets and work towards achieving optimum revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities, focusing on establishing relationships at the Sr. Management level and expanding industry relationships.
- Create strategic account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within covered accounts.
- Develop new projects and create project pipelines to convert prospective clients into potential clients.
- Cultivate opportunities/sales by continuously reinforcing business value and showcasing KalSoft competencies.
- Ensure customers deploy acquired solutions by collaborating with team members on deployment plans and coordinating with customers.
- Collaborate effectively with solutions and services departments of KalSoft to ensure smooth and quality delivery of products and services on time.
- Prepare high-quality financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office.
- Coordinate with clients/accounts of KalSoft.
- Liaise with HR for matters pertaining to HR domain, such as attendance reports, salary slips, leaves, hiring, and performance assessment.
- Perform any other task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in BCS or BBA-MIS, with a master's/MBA-MIS preferred.
- 3-4 years of proven IT sales experience.
- Extensive experience working in small to medium 'virtual' account teams-field sales, technical specialists, partners, and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account.
- Knowledge of business drivers within various vertical industry markets.
- Understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Passion for sales within a technology environment and for the business value it drives.
- Basic software understanding / Commercial Sector / Telecom / Financial Services Sector domain knowledge.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills.
- Good relationship building and interpersonal skills.
