Remote Customer Service Advocate

This role is an exciting chance to be a part of a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer-facing experience (6 months and above), possess excellent communication skills, have good English language proficiency, and be well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests with strong customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
- Escalate customer feedback as required
- Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Meet potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
