Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products within a Mac environment.

This role requires a professional who can provide on-demand support and maintain a high level of flexibility with timing to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications in a Mac environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 products and services on Mac devices.

Cloud Support and Administration

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This includes configuring and optimizing Microsoft 365 applications to meet user and organizational needs.

SharePoint and OneDrive Management

The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and libraries. Additionally, they will provide support for file management, syncing, and collaboration tools using OneDrive.

User Training and Documentation

Providing training and guidance to users on effectively utilizing Microsoft 365 tools in a Mac environment is a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will also develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and usage best practices.

System Maintenance and Updates

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new Microsoft 365 features and Mac OS updates is essential for this position. The successful candidate will apply updates to Microsoft 365 applications and Mac systems to ensure compatibility and security.

Requirements

Educational Background

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) are an asset.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 in a Mac OS environment is also required.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience providing IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions, is necessary. Hands-on experience supporting Mac OS users in a professional setting is also required.

Soft Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A high level of flexibility and responsiveness to meet on-demand support needs is also essential.
