The Business Manager at Perks HR Pvt. Ltd. plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of a specific product line, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Line Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue goals for the assigned product line.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales staff, order bookers, inventory controllers, and accountants to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Sales Targets: Set and assign sales targets for the product line and the team; ensure achievement of targets through regular monitoring and evaluation.
  4. Market Research: Regularly visit markets to monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal inventory management.
  6. Trade Offers: Manage trade offers and promotional activities on a weekly basis to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Financial Management: Review and approve special discounts, salaries, and sales incentives in coordination with management.
  8. Daily Activities: Supervise daily activities of the sales team, including monitoring attendance, sales entries, and replenishment processes.
  9. Customer Relationships: Manage relationships with key customers and ensure timely credit approvals and recoveries.
  10. Retailer Issues: Handle retailer issues, including incentives, discounts, and payment terms, in coordination with management.
  11. Reports and Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, sales activities, and financial results to senior management.
  12. Warehousing and Accounts: Ensure proper coordination between warehousing and accounts for day-end closing activities.
  13. Customer, Supplier, and Principal Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and principals, and manage approvals for supplies.
  14. Warehousing and Inventory Management: Oversee warehousing and inventory management processes.
  15. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as assigned by senior management.
