Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team as a Telemarketing - Call Center Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who wants to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work in a team environment. Experience working in a call center setting is a plus, but not required.
