Job Title:

Senior Software Engineering Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the development and maintenance of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles, hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot), and proficiency in modern backend technologies.

  • Design and implement robust architecture for large-scale projects, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead technical reviews to ensure high-quality standards, including CI/CD, testing, and security practices, across all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology with business needs and drive technical decisions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through innovative technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, solution design, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot; experience with C/C++, Python, or Go is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to design modular, reusable, and scalable backend code.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position within the Engineering and Information Technology team.
