Senior Backend JavaScript Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Back-end JavaScript Developer to lead and collaborate with team members in troubleshooting and enhancing current back-end applications and processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze existing codebases, stay updated with industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a seamless user experience.

The selected individual will develop and maintain complex applications using JavaScript and Node.js, manage activities throughout the development cycle, architect new features, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for working with database systems such as MongoDB and MySQL, utilizing version control tools like Git, developing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, adhering to software development standards, debugging, optimizing, and improving application performance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and tasks efficiently. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is necessary, along with at least 4 years of experience as a Node.js (Express) or JavaScript developer.

Requirements:
