The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and evaluating daily production as per production plan, ensuring new materials meet desired quality, and drafting production plans based on demand from the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all production meets quality standards, with a focus on zero off-spec batches.
  • Debottlenecking: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operation of the plant.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on plant and production performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc. Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical production, with a strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and debottlenecking.
  • Age: 25-40 years
