Visual Content Lead - 3D Animation Team

We seek a seasoned leader to spearhead our animation team in crafting engaging visual content. This position is an onsite role requiring strong technical and leadership skills, located at our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the 3D animation team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  2. Collaborate with writers and directors to transform scripts into captivating animations and explainer videos.
  3. Develop storyboards to effectively convey visual ideas and narratives.
  4. Create 3D characters, environments, and assets using industry-standard software.
  5. Implement texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering workflows for polished results.
  6. Ensure seamless integration of animations with multimedia elements.
  7. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to align project objectives and creative vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in 3D animation, demonstrating expertise in storytelling and animation through a portfolio.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Blender, and other industry-standard 3D software.
  3. Strong understanding of storyboarding and ability to translate concepts into visuals effectively.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the animation team.
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Location: Rawalpindi

Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 6 days a week
