Technical Lead - Java Developer

This role is for a technical leader who will oversee the implementation of software projects using Java technology. They will be responsible for ensuring that the technical aspects of these projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of developers to achieve project goals.
  • To design, develop, and implement software applications using Java programming language.
  • To ensure that all technical aspects of the project are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • To collaborate with other teams to ensure that the project meets the requirements of stakeholders.
  • To identify and mitigate any technical risks that may impact the project.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using Java technology.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. Knowledge of design patterns and microservices architecture.
