As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing product ideas with a keen emphasis on user experience and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with overall strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Create clear, actionable user stories and use cases to outline new product features.
  • Regularly interact with key clients to gather feedback and understand customer needs.
  • Work closely with Product Design, Software Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive the product vision and ensure cohesive integration.
  • Identify and recommend new features based on resources, timelines, and strategic priorities.
  • Attend review sessions with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure functionality aligns with expectations.
  • Coordinate with various teams to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Present new features and products to internal and client teams to ensure clear understanding and effective adoption.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product development, with a preference for those with a business analyst background. Strong communication and technical acumen are essential, as well as adaptability and a proactive mindset.
