Job Description:

  • Implement NetSuite ERP solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Configure NetSuite applications to suit specific business needs including roles, permissions, workflows, and custom records.
  • Analyze and document clients' business processes to recommend best practices and optimizations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of NetSuite systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of NetSuite applications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and any changes made.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP particularly in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
