Operations Manager Opportunity
Lead the production team to optimize operations and improve productivity.

About This Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production team. This includes scheduling, planning, and executing projects, as well as managing labor and maintaining mechanical equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling & Planning: Create and implement production schedules to meet business objectives.
  2. Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  3. Labor Management: Supervise and manage a team of 100 employees, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  4. Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  5. Cordination: Collaborate with other departments to drive business success.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project management
  • Proven experience in labor management and equipment maintenance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
