Business Developer — Lead Acquisition & CRM Specialist

About:

VirtuPro is a fast-growing global company managing properties across 5+ countries. We are redefining how short-term rental owners scale with peace of mind, operational efficiency, and profitability. As we expand, we are seeking a Sales Manager who can set up and drive a predictable sales engine across LinkedIn, Cold Outreach, and Inbound.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full ownership of setting up our Sales CRM (Notion, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel) and building outreach workflows from scratch.
  2. Generating qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold emailing, and leveraging network connections.
  3. Optimizing inbound sales funnels — responding to incoming leads and setting up high-converting nurture systems.
  4. Leading a junior SDR/Appointment Setter — providing guidance, coaching, and accountability.
  5. Directly closing small-to-mid ticket clients and setting up systems for consistent lead-to-close tracking.
  6. Reporting weekly KPIs to the CEO — no fluff, just results and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years experience in B2B/B2C Sales (preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or Hospitality sectors).
  2. Proven track record of setting up CRMs and Outreach processes from scratch.
  3. Expert-level LinkedIn lead generation and Cold Email mastery — you know how to find decision-makers and engage them properly.
  4. Funnel builder mindset — you can connect dots across outbound, inbound, retargeting, and CRM workflows.
  5. Strong leadership and delegation skills — you can manage, mentor, and scale a small SDR team.
  6. Self-starter mentality — you love owning the numbers and the outcome without needing constant supervision.
  7. Solid understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, MRR, Pipeline Velocity.
  8. Fluent English (spoken and written).
  9. Have experience selling Airbnb, Hospitality, Real Estate, or SaaS solutions.
  10. Have used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, or similar outbound automation tools.
  11. Are comfortable building basic landing pages or email automations.
