Organic Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage our organic product sourcing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and vetting high-quality vendors, negotiating supply terms, and ensuring seamless last-mile distribution.

About the Role:

• Source and select reputable vendors for organic products such as dairy, honey, ghee, spices, vegetables, and compost.
• Negotiate supply agreements, place orders, and coordinate packaging and branding to meet our specifications.
• Arrange efficient last-mile distribution from our Multan facility to buyers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, cost of goods sold, selling prices, and delivery notes.
• Generate sales leads through networking, social media, and retail contacts, sharing product information and pricing lists.
