Operations & Sourcing Associate (Organic Products)

What you'll do (core tasks)

• Source & vet vendors for organic dairy, honey, ghee, spices, vegetables, compost, etc.
• Run commercial appraisal for 3–4 vendors per product (price, quality proof, supply reliability, margins, packaging options).
• Negotiate supply terms, place orders, and coordinate branding/packing to Stem N Root specs.
• Arrange last-mile distribution from Multan (and nearby) to buyers/partners.
• Keep daily records: purchases, stock, COGS, selling price, GRNs, delivery notes.
• Generate leads through networking/WhatsApp groups/retail contacts; share product and price lists.
• Quality checks: samples, batch photos, basic moisture/weight checks, seal & label compliance.

Reporting (owner is abroad):

• Daily WhatsApp / Email Report (work done, Meetings, issues).
• Weekly Google Sheet (vendors, prices, stock, cashflow).
• KPIs (measured monthly)
• 2 new qualified vendors onboarded; 3–4 vendor appraisals per category.
• ≥ 12 qualified sales leads/week; conversion ≥ 20% (adjust as we learn).
• 100% accurate records; on-time deliveries ≥ 95%.
• SLA compliance on packaging/labels & QC.

Must-have:

• Horticulture/Agri-tech/Agri-business exposure (field sourcing).
• Own motorbike & smartphone; strong negotiation; clean record.
• Hands-on with spreadsheets/WhatsApp communication.

Package:

• Gross salary: PKR 55,000/month (all-inclusive).
• Fuel allowance: PKR 5,000/month (bike only).
• Probation (first 3 months): salary PKR 45,000 + fuel PKR 2,000.
• No food or housing. Contract: 12 months.
