Role Overview:
This Sales Development Representative role is focused on the U.S. market and requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
