Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of construction and maintenance projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of work as per design and contract, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Supervision: Execute maintenance work as per TCF standards and scope, supervise new construction and maintenance works, and oversee verification of bills and validation of compliance to TCF drawings, specification, and standards.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present timely reports to the line manager in case of any change in scope or cost, conduct land surveys in coordination with region/area teams within the assigned districts, and prepare land survey reports.
  • Quality Control: Conduct soil testing and other quality-related testing as per contract condition, check and record measurements of work done at site, and prepare punch list after field inspection.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent project management skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
