Sales Leadership Role

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining in-depth relationships with key partners in the region, contributing to sales strategy and team leadership. He/she owns responsibility for service experience and delivery of these clients and achieving student enrollment and profit goals across the company's brands.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute country sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Represent the company and its brands at exhibition and recruitment events, providing prompt and clear responses to maximize leads.
  • Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity, enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management of Account Plan.
  • Align with the company mission, vision, values, and strategy, translating them into action through performance goals, communication, and feedback processes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency via process, people, or practical measures to raise the bar on business performance delivery.
Key Qualifications:
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of international education systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Cold calling experience preferred.
  • Must be sales and result-oriented, possessing a strong desire to achieve new heights.
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated with a strong drive to excel.
  • Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Adaptability to adjusted working hours.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
