As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising a team of customer service representatives targeting clients in the US market. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance metrics and delivers and surpasses sales targets. The Team Lead will also be responsible for coaching, training, and fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Team Management:
  1. Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team.
  2. Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Performance Metrics:
  1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  2. Set performance targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
  3. Implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Training and Development:
  1. Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing team members.
  2. Identify training needs and coordinate relevant skill development programs.
  3. Keep the team informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.
  4. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions.
  6. Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.
Communication:
  1. Serve as a liaison between the team and management.
  2. Communicate performance expectations, goals, and updates to the team.
  3. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Problem Resolution:
  1. Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
  2. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex problems.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
  1. Generate and analyze reports on team performance.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  3. Implement strategies to address performance gaps and improve efficiency.
