Job Title: ER Specialist - Senior

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Provides expert advice and guidance on workplace issues, complaints, and concerns
  2. Conducts investigations and makes recommendations on appropriate resolutions
  3. Assumes ownership of cases assigned and monitors progress to ensure timely resolution
  4. Identifies, investigates, and resolves employee concerns or conflict in an appropriate and timely manner
  5. Supports the development and implementation of ER processes, plans, and programs

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, possessing a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in HRBP roles, with 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations and/or labor relations.
