  5. Update job descriptions and KPIs to reflect changing business needs and requirements.
  6. Prepare documents and track review schedules for performance reviews.
  7. Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  9. Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure seamless business operations.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and optimize workflows.
  11. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

A bachelor's degree in IT, BSCS, or a related field is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
