Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution.
  2. Develop project plans that align client needs with business objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Analyze project economics and provide actionable feedback on cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  6. Evaluate proposed project modifications and approve beneficial changes.
  7. Oversee mobile and web application development projects.
  8. Implement Agile methodologies for quality project delivery within allocated timelines.
  9. Lead a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers.
  10. Anticipate future project needs by staying informed of industry trends and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-12 years of software development experience, including 3-4 years in a Project/Development Manager role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and their implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Ability to work in the US Central Time Zone.
  • Mentoring and coaching skills for developing talent in the technology department.
  • Experience working in offshore software development environments.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for managerial roles.
  • Professional Project Management and Agile Certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
