Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team in managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigate any risk.
  • Oversee senior managers and managers working on client engagements within projects and the organization.
  • Review high-level deliverables related to construction and renovation projects across the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a master's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or design projects.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
