ERP Implementation Consultant

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Your key responsibilities include managing the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision. You will conduct fit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.

Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy
You will be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and positive feedback. You will understand the client's business processes and recommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O. As a strong advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, you will support clients in ERP adoption.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
You will work closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution. You will provide support and assistance to junior consultants while sharing best practices. You will ensure functional teams adhere to standards, guidelines, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT. You should also have certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain) and experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. You should have a strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules. You should be able to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders. You should have strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. You should be able to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success. You should have a customer-oriented approach ensuring high client satisfaction.
