As a Digital Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of strategic sales plans. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry. They will also have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. In addition, the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients is crucial for success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Development:
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
