Power Platform Developer

About the Role:

You will work as a low/mid-level developer within a small, high-performing team on Power Platform projects, focusing on Power Automate/Flow, PowerApps, and D365 Customer Engagement. Your responsibilities include supporting the planning, development, testing, and delivery of solutions using the Power Platform. You will collaborate with third-party CRM support partners for Dynamics 365 upgrades and development, and integrate with ERPs like Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage MSFT cloud applications, primarily Dynamics 365, aligning with business needs and best practices.
  • Lead or advise on technical projects related to procurement or development of new/existing technologies.
  • Gather user feedback and incorporate it into software design and planning.
  • Lead team standups, plan sprints, and conduct retrospectives.
  • Manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, including QA and documentation.
  • Maintain technical and architectural documentation for D365 and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with lead developers to deliver integrated business systems.
  • Mentor team engineers and monitor their performance and growth.
