We are seeking talented healthcare professionals to empower underserved communities through effective health education and development initiatives.

Doctors

We require qualified doctors with at least 1 year of experience. Government hospital/institution experience is highly valued. Advanced knowledge and expertise on STIs treatment/HIV prevention are highly sought after.

  1. Undertake patient consultations and physical examinations.
  2. Prescribe, monitor, and administer medication as needed.
  3. Assess and plan treatment requirements based on individual needs.
  4. Promote health education to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Admin & Finance Assistant

Candidates with CMA/CA Inter or B.Com/BBA/Bachelor in Accounts/Finance are required. A good command over MS Excel and accounting software is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are also necessary.

Community Counsellor

A Masters in Psychology or equivalent qualification with 1 year of experience or Bachelors in Psychology with 3 years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent counselling skills and ability to interact effectively with community members.

Office Assistant

FAs/Inter in any discipline or Matric passed with 5 years of experience in a similar role are required. Local residents from the community are encouraged to apply.

Health Care Worker

Graduation/Equivalent Diploma holder in Primary Health care with 3 years or Intermediate/Equivalent Diploma in Primary Health with 5 years of experience is required. Experience working with Pakistan Nursing Council is an added advantage.

Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge

Candidates with at least Bachelor preferably in Public Health or Social Sciences with 3 years of experience in a leadership role are required. Willingness to work with community people on health/HIV issues is essential.

Outreach Worker

Literate candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in the field for marginalized people are required. Knowledge of health issues and HIV is an added advantage.

Security Guard

Matric/Middle Passed with 3 years of experience is required. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, smart, and active.

Computer literacy is desirable for positions Sr. No 1-3. Regular community visits may be required. We encourage applications from female and minority candidates.
