We are seeking a skilled Piping Professional to drive the success of our engineering projects. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality piping solutions, this role will be responsible for managing and executing a range of activities including piping deliverables, data sheet preparation, tie-in procedures, and pipe stress calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Piping Deliverables: Plot plans, piping layouts, isometrics, design basis, material specifications, MTOs, and BOQs will be reviewed and finalized by the successful candidate.
  2. Data Sheet Preparation: The candidate will prepare data sheets for valves and special items.
  3. Tie-in Procedures and Schedules: Critical line lists and tie-in sketches will be created by the candidate.
  4. Pipe Stress Calculations: The candidate will perform and review pipe stress calculations.
  5. Critical Line Identification: The candidate will assist in identifying critical lines requiring pipe stress analysis.
  6. Stress Analysis: Experience in performing stress analysis for various systems (metallic, FRP/HDPE, cryogenic) is required.
  7. Pipe Supports: Detailed drawings and schedules for pipe supports will be created by the candidate.
  8. Procurement Support: Data sheets, MRs, TBEs, and vendor doc reviews will be performed by the candidate.
  9. Project Participation: Kick-off meetings, design reviews, and other project-related activities will be participated by the candidate.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is the minimum requirement.
  2. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in FEED & Detail Engineering for Oil and Gas projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and best practices is essential.
  4. Proficiency in drafting and analysis software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, CAESAR-II, etc.) is required.
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
