We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth by securing new projects and clients on the Upwork platform.
Your ability to craft compelling proposals, communicate effectively, and build relationships will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong online presence with positive ratings and reviews.
- Understand job listings and apply with well-written proposals and competitive bids.
- Seek out new opportunities to grow our client base.
- Create persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that align with our business goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding processes, client interactions, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully securing projects and generating sales in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
