Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Upwork Bidding Executives/Specialists with a background in sales and business development, preferably in Design and Development services, to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong proposal-writing expertise, and a passion for achieving results.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)
  • Shift Timings: Night Shift, 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (including 1-hour break)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Karachi

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in acquiring business through Upwork
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Expertise in creating compelling proposals
  • Ability to generate and close sales leads
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork
  • Research and select the right projects, then craft tailored proposals
  • Understand client requirements and propose effective bidding solutions
  • Accurately estimate project costs based on client needs (preferred)
  • Explore new opportunities for business growth and client acquisition
  • Ensure bids are submitted on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
  • Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
