Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated Upwork Bidding Executives/Specialists with a background in sales and business development, preferably in Design and Development services, to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong proposal-writing expertise, and a passion for achieving results.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)
- Shift Timings: Night Shift, 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (including 1-hour break)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Karachi
Required Skills
- Proven experience in acquiring business through Upwork
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Expertise in creating compelling proposals
- Ability to generate and close sales leads
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork
- Research and select the right projects, then craft tailored proposals
- Understand client requirements and propose effective bidding solutions
- Accurately estimate project costs based on client needs (preferred)
- Explore new opportunities for business growth and client acquisition
- Ensure bids are submitted on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
